I got the test kit to see if I wanted to buy the full product. I didn't know it was going to put me on an auto subscription. The guys at geologie help me out. Although I could not cancel the order cuz it was shipped the gave me a discount and help me stop further subscription. They were just super helpful and cool about everything.

I ordered the free trial and liked it. However I was charged $135 before I had an opportunity to cancel. All emails go to spam, so I did not become aware of the renewal until it was too late. I emailed the company, I wrote via chat before the order was fulfilled to avoid the hassle of having to return the item but they did not respond. They could have had an opportunity to fix this and retained my business but the lack of communication leads me to believe that they want to delay communication since its less likely someone will go through the return process. Shady business.

We take measures on our side to try and prevent those upcoming order emails from hitting your spam folder, and offer complete control of your subscription from your Account page, where you can delay orders if you're not ready for them or cancel outright during your trial period if things aren't working out. Our team's normally quick to respond, but when we get messages during inactive hours, we have to play catch-up on what came in overnight and aren't able to cancel everything requested before shipment. That's where our no-hassle returns come in, though. We've tried to make that process as easy and intuitive as possible, linked on our FAQ page, for anyone in need of sending back an unused regimen order our way. Let us know if you have any other questions or if there's anything else we can help with.

If you are "purchasing" the free trial make sure to instantly cancel the subscription as you will be waiting the longest time imaginable for it to arrive, I can only imagine that they do this to ensure they take your money before you get to try the product as the next payment date will pass before the trail has arrived
