Unfortunately I am disappointed with buying from Geologie. Their shipping procedure is very poor. Always apologizing yet still committing the same mistakes. I dont know if I will continue to patronize their products. First-time user and all these inconveniences is a red flag for me.

Great costumer support, my shipping was delayed a bit, I contacted geologie and they reached to me immediately and helped me with the tracking number and made sure that the package is still on it's route.

At first when I bought the products, I thought they were a bit too expensive. But since I’ve started seeing results it was worth everything I paid. I could easily browse through the website and whenever I sent an email with a question, I received a prominent response. The routine has radically changed my skin and has helped give me a feel good. The routine is quick and easy to do. I will be using Geologie for the a long time because it is everything I could hope for in a skin care routine.

Tanja was an incredible help with my billing issues and I appreciate it so much. She was kind, courteous, and timely in her responses.

Geologie is very helpful in customer service and their regimen are amazing! I believe they are the best skin care routine for men.

I'm still using my trial set and I'm just getting into it so I can't comment on the results as of yet; however, they were very kind in helping me with a refund order so I have faith the product will work as marketed.
