Answered my questions clearly!

Must have forgot to cancel my automated payment for some face wash ... i emailed Geologie and Tanja with their customer service got back to me and helped me in getting my return setup fast and easy she basically did all the work and was super kind and friendly ... once again thank you for resolving my issue Tanja ..

I haven't used Geologie before, I came across a great deal so I gave it a shot. For a monthly subscription. I Haven't had enough time to test it. So I go to cancel/pause the subscription. Tried logging on my Gmail, couldn't access it. Requested password reset. Stated my account didn't exist. Created a new accounted with the same Gmail to find out they deactivated my account, while the subscription was still active. Not only that but the monthly subscription turned into a 3 month subscription charging x3 the money. Then cancelling the product was an absolute pain. I dont have much money. Nearly taking all my rent money - because I nearly believed that a deleted account meant a deleted subscription. Not saying its a bad product. But it sure does have a very dodgy service, so beware.

The products are excellent! No shiny or oily residue from the daily moisturizer, face feels clean and refreshed after a wash, and the acne control is very effective. Flexible with options on subscriptions if you over/under use products in your subscription period. On top of it all, the service is flawless. Helpful and quick to respond, the service team always goes above and beyond my expectations if I have a question, concern, or just need some help with something. I’ve been a customer for a long time now, and I don’t plan on going anywhere else for face care products ever again.

thought to test it on him because he was not taking care of his skin and just celebrated 55th birthday & was showing his age.Recently told me how much he likes how the products make his skin feel & look bought him the full size. FaceTime with his mother this morning and she complimented him on how much his skin has improved & looked. Nailed it !!!!!

Love this face wash set. My face has never been this clear

I was not sure if I would be able to afford the products. The people there that I talk to which was Andy was very quick to reply back to my messages and went above and beyond doing what he could to help me in that situation and that meant a lot so I really thought that was very cool.

The product works well, I've noticed a difference after only a couple of weeks. The customer service is also very helpful and responsive. Great company!
