FRAUD! They make you jump through hoops to cancel your subscription. They cleverly hide certain details on their websites FAQs. Good face cream, wash is subpar. Customer service is great until you want to cancel. Run far away unless u like random $145 charges that will likely take weeks/months to see again.

I purchased a trial version to support a YouTuber I like and regret it. The face wash product leaves an uncomfortable film on your face and the pumps for the lotion barely work. Even if you get the lotion to work, it's watery and leave my skin dryer than if I didn't use any. The customer service is horrendous. After trying to cancel I was still charged and now am being charged an extra $8 handling fee to return the product I never wanted. Avoid this business. Edit: Andy with Geologie followed up with me and things are made right. At this point the experience has just been an inconvenience for a product that is not for me. Other companies could learn to have a good follow up system for problems with the product/service like this. As bad as my experience was with the daily regime, I'm considering giving the sunscreen a try, just because I believe Geologie customer service cares.

I bought a couple of the gift sets as Christmas presents for my father-in-law and my brother and while I was at it I bought the men’s every day skincare set for my husband and I to share. I know what you’re thinking “why is a lady buying men’s skincare products for herself when there are so many products out there for ladies!?” Well, I have never been one of those high maintenance ladies that uses a ton of products on my face so I figured maybe a men’s skincare line would be more my speed. Turns out I was right. So far I’m loving the repairing night cream the most. I can see a difference in my skin when I wake up in the morning. It looks clearer and more evenly toned. I have to admit that I often forget to wear the day cream, but when I do remember to put it on it feels nice, very light and smooth. My husband tells me he likes the repairing night cream because it lightens some freckles he has on his cheeks. His favorite product in the set though is the nourishing eye cream. He actually likes it so much he doesn’t seem to want to share it with me. I sneak it now and then, but don’t use it regularly enough to see any dramatic difference in myself. My husband on the other hand looks amazing. Darn him! My favorite thing about Geologie products is their smell , or rather their lack of smell. The scents of many products I’ve tried give me headaches, but their products don’t really have any scent at all, maybe just a faint fresh hint of something that I can’t quite describe. I would definitely recommend these products to the men in my life… and also the ladies.

I've been using Geologie products for about a year and am 100% satisfied with them, they are easy, no-fuss, comprehensive and effective! A noticeable improvement in my skin and couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks!

It's a great product, I was using another brand and they changed the formula. I've been using this for a month and really like how my skin feels. Also the website and customer service have been great.
