Total trash! Ring looks nothing like the photo used for advertising. It's like a cheap Wish version of a high quality ring. Reading all of these negative reviews has me real worried that they will not honor the 30 day full return policy. Nonetheless I have reached out via email. I should have know that a quality ring could not be bought for $180. I would have had better luck going to Walmart!

There was a slight delay in the delivery of my wedding ring. But hopefully the CS team was quite responsive, they resolved the issue in the least time possible.

If you need your ring on time DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I always make sure to read my fellow reviewers before commenting to make sure we are all on the same page. I order my ring on 10/09; paid for the expedited shipping, seeing as I wanted to surprise and do something cute for my fiancé. They replay back to my a few days later, stating that because blah blah blah of the importance of the ring its going to be an extra 20 days. I decided since I did like the ring so much that I could wait, but requested that I of course have my expedited fee back. NOPE. Just nothing. I'm literally counting days at this point; seeing our anniversary is only a few days away, and as the 20 days pass and turn into 26, I contact them... Which another day passes, and they reply with oh because of the delicacy blah blah blah of the ring its going to be an extra 15 days... **face slap** Am I going to get it by Christmas at this point?! It arrived not 15 days later, not 20...but it arrived...all fees and amounts accounted for as all. Its not worth the money, the quality is not there and you would NOT have been able to tell if they picked it our of a barrel of 100 of them... All I'm saying is they are absolutely 100% not worth the time, energy or hassle. This is a time you want to ENJOY and have support through. I went back and forth between so many other recommended websites, and sadly I chose this one. Don't make that mistake.

PSA - This company is 100% based in China, and stealing USA ring company photos and copyrighted material from other legitimate jewelry store websites. These Chinese tricksters are doing what China often loves to do, steal from hard working Americans! If this was an American company, they would be in court for their felonious practices, but you can’t do anything internationally without a ton of money to sue them with. They sent a ring that didn’t look at all like what we ordered. My red flag went up and then I started investigating. I found that they were in China, no wonder the ring shipped through China Post. Try the customer service too, they respond at 3am central time. You can’t talk to anyone, their phone number is bogus and goes to a Google VOIP line. They make it seem like they are a hip company with a USA team and supporting family workshops. This is a bunch of lies. Buyer beware!!!

SCAM!!!!!! I ordered a ring and paid 15$ extra for 2-3 day delivery. It’s been 2 weeks now and NO RING. I contacted them and they said to contact someone else and if they can’t help I would get a refund. And so I did and told them that the ring is no where. They have stopped replying to me now. Please research and do not purchase anything from this fake company.

Do NOT purchase. This place is a drop shipper and not as they represent themselves. The items they represent on their website are not close to what they send. The ring we ordered and the ring that was sent was nowhere close to this. Reached out regarding the issue, they said we could keep the ring, and they would sent a new one. This came through China post, no worries, but we wanted the represented ring. The second ring was the same wrong ring. When contacted again, they said that it was due to angles and lighting and that I must of miss understood what I was getting. When reaching out again to insist on a refund they referenced a different site, so many drop shippers are tied to this site.

I got the interlock for my fiancée, and let me just say the ring looks nothing like the ring they have advertised. In the picture on their website, it has two real fishing hooks interlocked with fishing line tied to each end and the fishing line going all the way around the ring. Well what we have is two fake fishing hooks, and a drawn on fishing line that doesn't even match up with the hooks. I contacted customer service and they just apologized and had no explanation as to why it looks that way and offered us a free different ring in return. My fiancée is so disappointed he doesn't even want a different one and I don't blame him. Our explanation is its 100% a scam, don't waste your money as the rings posted are $150 and more.

The "meteorite" in my titanium and meteorite ring is a printed piece of paper. To add insult to injury, the titanium is tungsten carbide! This is outright fraud. Good luck with the FTC.
