I ordered a ring for my partner as a thank you for support during my pregnancy (free engraving, free lifetime replacement policy) Partner wasn't so keen on the design so I wrote to Customer service who were not only happy to exchange, they let me choose 2 rings to match the cost of the original and THEN let us keep the original anyway as a gift. The staff are lovely and I could not be happier.
