They lack customer service
They lack customer service, lack understanding, I bought a phone last month and they took my money and didn’t give me a phone

My service is reliable
My service is reliable. However, I feel as if the data runs out too quickly.

Hi Sheila, The Lifeline program provides a government subsidy that covers a plan with a limited amount of monthly data. If you find you’re using it up quickly, you can upgrade to a plan with more data for as low as $10/month. If you're a prepaid customer, you also have the flexibility to change plans at any time as your needs change. You can call 611 or visit genmobile.com/plans to explore your options.

I don’t like how the phone calls go in…
I don’t like how the phone calls go in and out and when looking at and app it buffers or takes a while to load
