It's time to unveiling the curtain. It's all bait and .... Then will charge you every other week a $20 .ones you give card they charge as they pleased .Free phone is truly unworthy if you need for work or looking for one . Custom service is all about an aggressive up selling.

Will NEVER use again
Will NEVER use again. I have had this service for two months now and I dont get service ANYWHERE I go. Then phone was total trash (as expected coming from a government phone). I am in the process of leaving an abusive relationship and I had to leave all of my stuff behind at his house when I escaped, I had to contact Gen Mobile for a replacement SIM card, just the card, not the phone. The man kept asking me what my phone number and email address was so I can get a verification code, when I KEPT explaining to him that I can give him the information but not the code number due to my situation, he just kept telling me all I had to do was get into my phone and tell him what the code was. Then he said an alternative way was to get something in the mail with my pin on it that apparently was wrong, and when I gave him the address I've lived at for 31 years, he told me THAT was also incorrect. I will never go to this company again and I recommend you don't either.

This is the worst cellphone company I have ever used. They send my phone unsecured so someone stole it in front my house then they told me oh we cant help that and wont send you a new phone and if you dont order a new phone you out of luck then when I asked to speak to higher up he hung up
