General medicine has been a godsent to me

Currently having a great experience using this service. They seem to have a wide range of availability and very responsive when questions or concerns arise. They guided me through everything seamlessly with excellent communication also.

I just started using General Medicine and they have been super helpful with getting me my diabetes prescriptions. I had recently moved and could not get in to be seen by an endocrinologist. They were able to get me an online appointment, prescriptions, and a last minute emergency prescription before an international trip. Super helpful and kind. Very understanding!

In my case, I had let a prescription lag and when I was suffering from my oversight General Medicine evaluated my situation, reviewed my medical history and were able to tide me over until I was able to see my new doctor. This was a professional encounter with real doctors and technicians. Id connect with them again in a heartbeat.

GENERAL MEDICINE was an absolute lifesaver for me. When my primary care doctor did not know how to treat my migraines he referred me to the neurologist but it was five month wait. GENERAL MEDICINE helped me with the migraines and did everything needed to lay the groundwork for a neurology visit and helped me find a local neurologist who could see me within days for I depth long term care for my migraines. They were in continuous contact with me, making sure that I was OK and helping with all the insurance battles. With prescriptions that needed prior authorization. They are absolutely rockstars in my opinion. I will always keep them as one tier of my medical care. Knowing that I can get a same day appointment for any concern is a huge comfort.

This is a full service medical facility online. I am going to switch my primary care doctor to General Medicine officially. They can do anything. Your doctors office can do, faster, and more efficient.
