Everything was so easy and convenient. I will definitely use General Medicine again!

Three things made this a great experience for me. A: Though this was online experience, it felt like a quality experience with real medical professionals. B: The doctor I spoke too genuinely evaluated my needs and gave great feedback. This didn't feel like a rubber stamp. And finally, the expedience of the process, from first contact, setting up an appointment, the actual appointment and follow-through, everything was smooth and happened quickly.

I was a little skeptical of an online medical service. It was a big relief to be able to meet with someone via telehealth and address any issues. They were able to refill my prescription and they also checked in on me a few days after my appointment to make sure everything was going smoothly. Not only were they affordable, but they responded quickly over text when I had a concern. General Medicine was very helpful!

The company will happily take your money and then repeatedly ignore you and never actually make the appointment that they set. Do not waste your time unless you want to spend time arguing back and forth over your copay. They also repeatedly apologize but don’t take the steps or effort to make it better. It just becomes empty words

Dr Patel and every Dr McDonnell were extraordinarily understanding, kind , educated and saved my life. When my PCP and local doctors failed me, Dr Patel went the extra mile to get to the root cause of my issue. I owe them my life. I’m getting the infusions I need now and getting my life back. I can’t recommend all the doctors here enough. There is no wait! They help you right away. They think outside the box and listen to your symptoms. It was a miracle that I found this healthcare.
