I've been having trouble getting a PCP close enough and reasonably soon enough to get a prescription when my thyroid was very much out of range.

The quality of care from Dr. Kasenetz was top notch. She took the time to understand my condition, and took my case to a neurologist on staff to get me information about my brain MRI that a neurologist I had seen in person would not give me. She followed up with a second visit with me, and gave me a written care plan after each visit. The texting experience with the care staff was very convenient and they were very responsive. I have already recommended this service to a family member.

Doctor gave me a script for blood work and I was able to meet with the same doctor to discuss the results.

First appointment was easy to schedule my doctors was very helpful and willing to work with my schedule. For once I’m actually excited to go to the doctors
