Everybody ~ from my Practitioner to the medical staff to the operations team ~ was exceptional and were prompt, compassionate and courteous in the process. My husband found General Medicine late in the evening one night after I was experiencing new health issues for weeks and I started having one bag night and I was able to set up an account and book an appointment with a provider that same night, practically 30 mins later. Since then I’ve been seen quickly, prescriptions sent quickly, they provide thorough after visit care summary and instructions. The everyday support through messaging is very quick and when it’s medical related the care team gets in contact with a physician to answer that medical question quickly. I would recommend General Medicine and look forward to being able to use them again if needed in the future.

Honestly I don’t know what I would do without virtual services like this. A lot of times I cannot make it to a drs office because of my busy schedule. The nurse was knowledgeable and experienced. She took her time and didn’t rush me off the phone. She took great care.
