Quick response and very easy to work with .

I would only recommend these people if you have no other option. Maybe I was just an unlucky few, but it took over an hour to get a response from someone about medication complications. The Uvalde law enforcement had a faster response time and if that doesn't tell you all you need to know when it comes to your health then I don't know what will. Edit: The 15 minute response they're referring to when I originally asked had nothing to do with symptoms. I was told to tell them I'm having issues or to call emergency services. I still have the messages and they certainly won't be deleted after this blatant lie. I'm changing my review to 1 star.

I travel for my work and occasionally need medical//prescription support. General Medical fills that need! The continuity of care provided by the network of physicians and support staff makes me feel as if it’s one-on-one. General Medical is well a well designed program!

Great service, always timely with messaging. GenMed has handled all matters not only pertaining to my request and processing of my health plan, but especially matters pertaining to my insurance and pharmacy. Can't recommend enough the services provided and easy of use.

I love how eficiente they are. They do take care of any issues with my medications even over the weekend when they are closed. They are excellent.

Everything is upfront and exactly what they state. No hidden costs or fees. Great experience!
