General Medicine is the most proactive and responsive medical team I have ever worked with in my life. Normally, I have to chase down doctors and prior authorizations, but not with General Medicine. The were so quick to follow up with me after my first initial booking to confirm everything, then they followed up again after I saw the doctor and began my medication to make sure everything was okay. What blew me away most of all is they competed the prior authorization I needed for my medication completely hassle free from my end (normally I have to chase down doctors and keep going between doctor, pharmacy and insurance.) Not with GM. They completed the prior authorization and got my medication covered without me having to do ANYTHING. I was amazed and relieved. I will recommend General Medicine to everyone.

I just needed to be prescribed birth control that I’ve been on for a few years. I was asked a few questions about my experience on it and they prescribed it to me no hassle. The whole process was really easy and quick :)

They’ve been attentive and went out of their way to help me get the Medicare bridge approved. The day before I contacted General Medicine I had reached out to another company and they’ve done nothing but bombarded me with text messages trying to get me to pay $350 a month for their products but General Medicine not been overbearing. They respond to my questions usually within an hour. I find them to be a caring and thorough experience.
