I definitely would NOT recommend them. I thought I would use them to renew an existing prescription since my current provider is undergoing restructuring. Instead of receiving 4 refills for a years supply of the same daily dose I’ve always taken and is on my records at the pharmacy they only gave me 45 for 90 days and no refills. WTH, save your money and energy

General Medicine has been a godsend for all my medical needs! I’ve been able to request prescriptions, labs, and book general visits with more ease than other telehealth platforms. They also check in after the appointment/text consultation to make sure everything has gone well. They have gone above and beyond when it comes to caring for me as a patient, and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Better than spending a whole work day at your doctor’s for a regular follow up. Many hours available and can handle difficult insurance prescription issues or medication plans.

Very quick responsive, got a same day doctors note for work

It was the day before a Holiday and I was sure it would be impossible to get medical care.I tried my own PCP but was out of State. I turned to the internet and was I surprised to find an online service. It was very straightforward. Communication did take time but within 4 hrs I had talked to a Doctor and was on my way to pick up a script. Without ruining my Holiday plans.it was definitely a good experience and I will use this service in the future should i need it.

I needed a script on the fly and they sent it over within 24 hrs. I was so grateful
