Easy process and quick response!!

Booking an appointment was easy in the short time frame I had prior to my trip to India. The intake process asked relevant questions about my travel and Laura was able to come prepared to my appointment and address my vaccination concerns. After the appointment we had some trouble getting the scripts to the pharmacy And general medicine called my pharmacy and made sure everything was all set. It turned out my tetanus shot didn't need a script and that was why it never went through!

I had great experience. Fast service and got my prescription very quickly. It was good truly I would recommend if you can’t get into a physical doctor fast enough

Needed a refill on hypertension and anxiety meds short term. I know as a retired EMS and firefighter how important it is to get the medication. I did a visit and was told I need lab work on Christmas Eve when I leaving for family’s. DO NOT use this company they take the 30.00 dollars and throw road blocks for short term fills. I sent one out of two prescriptions the other bottle was tossed by my wife. The sent the place of refill- pharmacy had that info and still they didn’t fill them. At the end of this review they take without filling and my family is out of 30.00 dollars. Please go somewhere else!

Great experience they are very fast and carefully!

At first I was concerned because I paid for service around 5pm, was told by system a doctor would respond by 8pm. Crickets until the next day around 10am I reached out again and got a response. The doctor immediately took control , assisted me , helped me get my medIcation and checked up on me several times to insure I was taken care of . So, I give them 4 stars leaving room for improvement.

The clinicians at General Medicine worked with me to make a plan to get my medical condition more completely addressed. They were good at identifying steps, helping schedule appointments with labs and imaging and outside doctors. Their guidance helped me navigate a seemingly overwhelming system of specialists.
