Not only are their rates reasonable, but their medical providers and customer service team go above and beyond the usual telehealth experience. The provider worked with my insurance to obtain a prior authorization for a medication I needed. During the process, the insurance sent back a denial, and they worked with the pharmacy to get it approved after submitting more information. In the meantime, they asked for a follow up on how I was feeling and if I needed anything. Follow ups. Patient care. Not something you get with the average telehealth these days! I cannot recommend the service enough. Thank you.

Text with a real medical professional instead of a bot. My care team was very accommodating when I explained the struggle I’ve been having with getting my prescription refilled. To my surprise, someone even messaged me a few days later to follow up and ensure I received my medication. This is a great, affordable option for those who are struggling right now. Affordable health care should not come at the sacrifice of quality care!

Wonderful experience, felt genuinely cared about, as well as my Doctor gave me recommendations in the future. I have been out on workers comp after an injury, so the ease of General Medicine was phenomenal being able to stay on my pain medication regime and still feel I was with a respectful and reputable doctor. I met my deductible (for the first time ever) and decided to scramble and get all my doctors aligned to best benefit me financially. This of course required referrals and a prescription for new DME. I explained my situation, the issue with my DME equipment, and what I thought it was causing from not working correctly. The Doctor agreed, gave me suggestions moving forward as well as what I can do while I wait on my equipment. I even inadvertently gave the wrong information and my DME prescription and referral were sent to the wrong places. General Medicine, however, was just a text away. I sent a text, got a quick response, and my DME prescription and referral was quickly sent to the places that I messed up on. Thank you General Medicine for a great experience.

Absolutely awful. I have a 11am zoom that the host keeps entering just to kick me from the meeting. Customer service is absolutely unresponsive via text and email. The phone number just leads you to leave a voicemail. Terrible service all around
