Geico’s policy quotes vary by the day.. they don’t even have good excuses for this, the company is untrustworthy

Do not trust GEICO's electronic forms! We insured our granddaughter's car with GEICO, which at one time I trusted, and when our granddaughter was involved in an auto collision on 19 Jul 2023, GEICO stated that we were not covered for collision. We had the PDF file of our policy declaration which was provided by the GEICO system that clearly stated that we had collision coverage. Low and behold GEICO now states that the policy declaration which we downloaded from their website was not their document and that the vehicle was not covered for collision. The lack of communication from the assigned claims adjuster, (Brittney Willis) and claims investigator (Blake Mays) during this whole incident was obvious and they ended up proving they were worthless in the entire process! GEICO did nothing but waste our time for the last 60 days! It is a poorly managed and run company. They are only out to rip off the consumer! They spend more on their commercials then they spend on their paying customers! I did at one time trust GEICO, when I first joined the Army, but they broke my trust and confidence. This company no longer cares about their customers which pay their salaries. I recommend to all Vets and current service members to avoid GEICO at all costs because it will cost you in the long run. They will abandon you and your family.

Geico is a corrupt inept Insurance company that does not pay out after they make promises to. It then go up the "chain" to supervisors after the adjusters and the front line people who take the claim information and then they deny a legitimate claim. They are honestly the worst insurance company and are in bed with many of the big car dealerships (Land Rover/Jaguar- Portland). Do not use these guys!!!!

In my recent experience with this company, the back office staff here has shown to be extremely unjust, crooked, deceptive, and portrayed evil business ethic, and intentions. My automobile was stolen from me. Geico staff told me to transfer the title to receive compensation for my loss. After I transferred the title, they did not provide compensation. The vehicle was later recovered from the thieve, and Geico staff never told me. They only forced me to keep paying insurance for the stolen vehicle. They later updated my personal information on file with them WITHOUT MY CONSENT. They changed my currently active primarily phone number to another phone number that is no longer active. Throughout the process Geico staff did several things to portray acts of evil, crookedness, and bad business ethic including the following: - Geico falsely accused me of selling my stolen vehicle causing defamation, and deception of my name, as a nationwide business owner, and philanthropist, in what showed to be racial profiling, and racial discrimination. This was after exclusive evidence was shown that I was the victim of the auto theft. - Geico staff committed concealment, withholding all important information regarding my stolen vehicle including the recovery of it, who stole it, they withheld personal documents for several months, after I asked several times to receive documents regarding my loss that were requested by legal advisors. THE MOST RECOGNIZABLE FACT OF THIS MATTER IS if Geico can knowingly, nonchalantly, lie, and falsely accuse me, a successful nationwide small business owner, and known philanthropist of 13+ years, as if it was their routine, who else has Geico lied on, falsely accused, and even wrongfully imprisoned in the past, and who else with they do this to in the future. This is not about me, or my race. This is more about injustice in our U.S. communities, and the allowance of it.

Overall a shady business. Local signs on a repair shop at a main thoroughfare in Corpus Christi, Tx. If you are insured with GEICO, dont stop here for repairs. My experience cancelling with GEICO by phone, further supports this business’s assertion. They did not cancel my homeowner’s affiliate insurance associate coverage on the date I called in making excuses the affiliate insurance associates wouldnt refund to the date of the cancellation call.

I bottomed out on a hidden median during a snow storm and needed a new transmission. I worked with the dealership and filed my claim with Geico. They sent the adjuster out right away and settled my claim within a week. Geico provides a rental if needed but my dealership gave me a loaner. Everything was quick and easy and Geico paid all but my deductible and the cost of fluids (which wasn't much). I've had Geico for over 10 years and this is my first claim.

I got in accident March 9 2023 On GWB upper level New York side. I was driving evening 8:30 and got hit from someone from rear and then i hit to someone. I was waiting my police report 3 weeks and i got it 31st March. I sent to my insurance company with who I didn’t have had collision coverage and they sent to Geico which one was fault driver’s insurance company, They called me very quick I sent all documents what they requested on March 31 and they promised to come adjuster in 5 working days.from accident 27th day’s decided to rent cat for me and they gave me reservation number but i went to 5 rental offices and not any had car for me. Adjuster with name Babcock Scott came on 5th working days after sent police report and 29th day of accident. He checked broken car and showed us paperwork with valuation summary of my car and asked to sign on tittle and send instructions too by email. When I asked him is that amount is firm? He said no, because we would like to check another involved car’s expenses. I told him okay, first you check and we can discuss. Om the second day after car inspection called me from Gaico and they cancelled rental car reservation and now I am calling and calling and don’t have any updates. They don’t care that i seat home and no idea what to do.
