Over about a 7 month period, they increased my premiums by 100%, claiming this was a normal increase. I have never had a claim with them, no accidents, no tickets, nothing. Absolutely terrible!! Time to look for a new insurance carrier.

Geico is the worst insurance company! I got rid of my car and I contacted them and told them I wanted to cancel my insurance. I took the tag back and turned it in! I received a refund, but I was told I had a lapse in coverage! I’m being charged a fine for the lapse in coverage! The representative I spoke with was a total jerk! I will never ever do any more business with them! Be aware of this sorry company! I was with them for about 20 years! They suck!

I had been a loyal customer for many years , with full coverage . Last winter I added my fiat to my coverage . Simple as that I called and said I would like to switch my VW to a fiat . Simple task toom less then 5 min When I needed to use my comprehensive with my car , Geico informed me that I no longer had , road side , rental car or comprehensive coverage . I had been paying the same . I never asked to change my coverage They informed me that they mailed me copies of the changes policy I never had asked to drop anything . When I needed them They did me very dirty ! Paid for years for full coverage and they edited my coverage without my consent

Geico is an abusive company, I was charged when I already got another car insurance, I made all the claims and nobody answer properly, I was reported to credit collections so guess what? I ended up paying for a service that I never requested. ABUSE

Good customer support, competitive prices (for Florida), you feel like they are serious and don't try to rip you off. Would recommend.

GEICO Customer service, especially the claims departments, is the worst. They are there to waste your time, play with words, and cheat the people. They don't care what the other person is thinking or talking about; they just care about how they can cheat and earn money for themselves. I am highly dissatisfied with their approach of solving the problem and taking care of the claim.
