I'd been with them 5 years. Needed a tow and waited 4 and a half hours in the cold snow - they didn't keep me updated with cancellations and late contractors. I had to call every fifteen minutes. No apology - even from the supervisors. Abominable customer service. Run, don't walk.

All and all this company has treated me right. My rates are always the lowest with them. Not to mention after 3 yrs of being insured through them they added accident forgiveness onto my policy for FREE.

My car was recently stolen as in "a real car-jacking" and Geico stepped in and took care of everything. With special thanks to my claims adjuster Traci Allen. Also, to Robin. They were just awesome during a time I was very shaken up. Lana Jane

GEICO saved me! My vehicle, which is not insured by GEICO currently, was badly damaged by someone driving a U-HAUL truck.. U-HAUL refused to honor the insurance policy the driver had taken out. Then the driver's insurance company, GEICO, stepped into the breach and paid for the claim. Thumbs down to U-HAUL. Thumbs up to GEICO.

I have used Geico car insurance for many years and for several teen drivers. Geico has always been easily accessible, and has handled rental car/repairs/etc in a manner that we were happy with. The positive and negative responses of businesses during this covid-19 situation has pushed me to write some reviews. Thank you Geico for caring about your customers especially during this time and cutting costs to help your customers. Now, even more than before, I am proud of and glad to be associated with Geico.
