Great Customer Service
My experience with this company at the time to solve or fix a problem with my purchase was really great. they answer my concern in the same day i sent my email.. product was way better than my expectations.. GEEKOM totally recommended to cover all your computer needs!!

Great product and great customer service!
I ordered an A8 mini PC, which packs a lot of power into a very convenient form factor. I originally made an error ordering the wrong model and I had a great customer service experience where they were very helpful in modifying the order to get me the model that I needed.

Had a Mouse mouse issue
Had a mouse issue, staff was prompt and professional. Staff was also prompt to remedy the issue and immediately sent a replacement. Shout out to Geekom.

Great product!
When I first bought my Geekom mini PC I was pleasantly surprised how fabulous it was. Its’ SSD, RAM and other components make it very fast to boot up. The small form factor makes it very easy to transport. I was so delighted that I recommended it to a friend who also purchased one!
