First time customer, needed to replace an older desktop. There are lots of choices, but that allowed me to pick the right size. Not too big and fast but not too small either. The price seemed fair for the size. It came in the 3-5 day delivery window and startup was fairly easy and quick. Thank you.

I want to share my personal experience to warn anyone considering a Geekom Mini PC. Do not fall for their marketing. If you buy from them, you need to be prepared to take the financial and professional risk yourself. I learned the hard way that when these machines fail, Geekom's customer service will completely abandon you. My Experience: Sudden Hardware Failure I relied on my Geekom Mini PC for my daily work. Everything seemed fine until it suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night. Out of nowhere, the computer completely died, and that is exactly when my nightmare began. The Warranty Trap: Returned but Never Replaced Because my PC was still covered under Geekom's three-year warranty, I reached out to their customer service department on September 11, 2026. They instructed me to ship the defective unit back to them. I mailed it out on September 17, and tracking confirmed that Geekom received my package on September 23. Instead of quickly shipping a replacement so I could get back to work, they dragged their feet and repeatedly tried to push unreasonable replacement options on me. Current Status: They Took My PC and Stopped Responding Tired of the back-and-forth, I finally demanded that they either send me the exact identical model I purchased or issue a full refund. Their response was unacceptable. They claimed they had no idea when they could find an identical model to replace mine. Right after that, their service center completely stopped responding to my emails. I absolutely need a working computer to do my job, but Geekom simply does not care. They have my defective PC, they have my money, and they are completely ghosting me. Please learn from my situation—do not let yourself become their next victim.

What went wrong was that I needed the computer within a certain time frame because my daughter needed it for school. I placed the order September 31st and it was entered on October 1st. Supposedly, it was shipped on October 3rd. I was told it would possibly take anywhere from 3 to 8 business days. I explained to the person I called the situation, but he said nothing could be done because they don't have control of the shipping. He then said. I just would have to wait for the delivery. While waiting, I did not receive any shipping notice of it getting here. The only information I had was a tracking number when I looked a few times but it was still in route. When I realized it was more than 8 days, so I looked at the tracking history and it said that the package was undeliverable, and it was being sent back to the shipper or sender. My daughter now has fallen so far.Behind in classes that she's probably going to fail her subjects. I expect Geekom to send me expeditiously, a complete. refund for the full amount of $1079 as soon as possible.

The response time for support took hours to days. My package has not even arrived yet since the laptop was missing. The support has only asked for basic details and I have not yet gotten a confirmed response about my situation. The delivery was supposed to be 5 days and its taking even longer due to my package not even having the product inside.

It took a little longer than I liked to receive the laptop , but it was everything as described.A + Thank you for producing top notch tech at a reasonable price.

This is a good, honest company that makes excellent product. I like to be able to make purchases directly from those responsable.

The item was well packaged when it arrived. I had spent a week researching before making a purchase and the GT15 MAX was exceptionally good value for money at the time I made my purchase.
