I placed an order on December 13th
I placed an order on December 13th. Have not received said item and when I use tracking number it says my item has been sitting in Jamaica, NY since December 20th. Dont know if I will ever receive. I also DID NOT sign up for a "membership" but noticed they have a 30 day trail membership on my receipt. I better not receive any charges on my account!!

Any company that sneaks in a monthly membership fee doesn't deserve my business.

Hidden fees
When I purchased 2 items, I paid for those items and I was not advised that there would be membership/rewards fees charged each month. So for the 2 items which cost a total of 42$ CAD I was charged 2 amounts of 28.16$ CAD on Dec 1st and the company does not want to reimburse me. No savings here! I tried to log into my account at Gear Elevation and I'm told I do not have an account...?? Stick with Amazon. I definitely do NOT recommend this company.
