GEAR ELEVATION IS A SCAMMER !!!
SCAMMER !!! I purchased a pair of gloves for $14 as a Xmas gift for a relative the first few days of December. First I received an invalid tracking#. After several emails, they finally provided a legitimate tracking# and my relative eventually received the gloves. However, a month later I now have a $79.99 membership fee. I did not approve this fraudulent charge. Not sure if it is monthly or annual. Either way DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM !!! It is a scam to get your credit card info so they can make future unauthorized charges.

SCAM site
SCAM site! They will send you fake garbage months late and then fraudulently bill your card months later for no reason and give you the runaround to get it back, if ever. NEVER ORDER FROM GEAR ELEVATION!

Beware this is an awful drop shipping…
Beware this is an awful drop shipping website which takes at least 3 weeks to dispatch your order. Then once it arrives, it is cheap rubbish from China which doesn't even serve a purpose. Bitterly disappointed. Will never shop here again.

Scam
This company falsely charged me $80 one month after I made a purchase from them. Avoid this scam company at all costs. EDIT: Hopefully you pay with PayPal! After a long fight PayPal agreed with me and issued a refund! If anyone else reads this dispute the charge and refuse to give in to this scam!

I ordered over a $100 worth of items
I ordered over a $100 worth of items, not only did they not get it to me they also gave me vague answers when I called about where my package was. My package was apparently "in transit" for 2 weeks and when I ask where it was exactly they said it was in Chicago then send me a tracking link that says it is in Colorado. They would also say to just wait another week when I asked for a refund to the point I had to argue for a refund, even then they tried to make me wait another week and silently say "or 2". The company has no clue what they are doing and customer service just says whatever they can to get you to shut up and let it go.

This is a scam operation
I ordered an iPad holder for a Christmas present from this company December 5, 2024 and have never gotten it. They have a great website, even sent me a video of an articulate American woman thanking me for my purchase. The item didn’t come by Christmas. Called customer service they apologized, would not refund me, emailed a gift certificate to spend more money with them. Tracked my parcel coming allegedly from China (!) through today, January 15, 2025 when I was informed that the parcel did not have the right postage and would be returned to sender. This was not a big purchase, but this company goes to elaborate lengths to keep consumers stringing along. I will never see a refund or a product. They should be shut down by the US government.

Horrible company
Horrible company. Ordered and paid for an item 2weeks before Christmas. Item has never arrived. Every email I send is followed up with an Auto Reply which say they value my business and customer service will be getting back to me within 24 hrs. Our email thread is 26 deep now. Not once have I heard from a representative. Company is a scam. Don’t use if you value your money…

Waste of money
I ordered 3 items that were shipped on Dec.10th. I received these items on January 11th. The heated seat does not say that the charging pack is not included. It comes without a way to use it and no manual. I also got 2 other items that were much smaller than expected. I was surprised to see an additional charge for a subscription to the company. I feel the items were not worth the price. The hassle of cancelling my credit card and over all just a big waste of time and money. Why would anyone pay to belong to such a junky company?
