BUYER BEWARE of Gear Elevation
I placed an order with Gear Elevation in the beginning of January; I made several attempts to cancel the order as it did not arrive within the promised date but no such luck. Finally I got tired of dealing with this supplier directly so I contacted by Credit Card Company to handle my dispute. It is still in process, but at least I have a conditional credit until it is resolved. I believe that GE is a big scam, I wish I would have checked the BBB before placing my order. NEVER AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
The delivery date before I ordered was relatively short. I ordered on 2/4 and the item supposedly shipped on 2/6 but the tracking says it's been in customs for over 10 days now, even though one of the status descriptions states it cleared customs. Also had a problem with the "subscription" which showed up on it's own in the check out. Fortunately I noticed and deleted it. Followed up with email to the customer support to confirm they had no "subscription" for me but still expecting to see that charge again in the future. This has been a total, time consuming pain in the rear. NEVER order from this company - it will cost you way more than any stated price on a sales listing. Update on 2/16 after the company's reply: Using the tracking number, the current status as of today: In customs (now 11 days). Per the comments, cleared customs on 2/13. This was supposed to be a birthday gift but it is way late now and not apparently moving at all. For the subscription, I never added that. Fortunately I noticed it there and deleted it. Other commenters were not so fortunate and had follow on charges. The point here is the deceptive practice of adding charged items to the cart without the purchaser's request. I expect that there will be future unauthorized charges on my card as well. There are plenty of other companies that offer this item for less money, less hassle, and less delay. Don't bother with this company.

Scammers
Scammers! DO NOT ORDER anything from this website. They have no cancel order option even within minutes from placing an order, you can’t talk to anyone in that matter, never mind the refund. PLUS they charge your bank card with memberships you never signed up for! They automatically make you a member! After they take your money without your authorization, you must go on their website and unsubscribe from the stupid “Golden Membership” otherwise they will charge you again and again every 3 months! When you don’t recognize a payment on your bank statement and do your research, it’s too late. Good luck with getting back your money from them. They say that they send an email with the membership and you have not denied it, so they assumed you agree! They charge your bank account with no trouble the whole year if you don’t discover on time.. Scam! Scam! Scam! Polite scammers, they talk nicely but they take your money, they are stealing actually! So frustrated!

Do not buy from this website
Do not buy from this website. They run a scam when you purchase something that enrolls you into a Reward program without you being clearly informed. A month later you get an $80 charge for a 3 month "reward program subscription". When you want to cancel this subscription they won't refund the full amount only 50%. PayPal does not help you with a full refund so the best you can do it take the $40 loss. After accepting the 50% refund, they still did not issue it until I inquired again about why it was not showing in my account. I think they were hoping no one was checking for the refund. After the second inquiry, I did get the 50% refund. Stay away from this company and website.

Deceptive business practices
They caught me with the same exact "Scam Subscription", that many of you are referring to in this post. This is what we refer to in the law as deceptive business practices. I have gone straight to PayPal to dispute the transaction. It is a SHAME that this company did not realize that they are dealing with an attorney at law... Class Action Lawsuit anyone?

Subscription Scam
I ordered one a vest in November 24 which turned up then I checked my PayPal account and they had signed up for a $79.95 subscription I contacted the company which told me when I ordered my product I signed up for this subscription I had no notification of any subscription and was unaware of any subscription further emails got to the point where they cancel the subscription and refuse to refund the money but they value me as a customer Total scam do not order anything from this company I have started action with PayPal UPDATE I have received a full refund from this company thanks to PayPal If any one else is having problems take screenshots of some of the other people posting same scam and add it to your report to send to your credit card company or bank , PayPal it works
