Don’t buy from here
Don’t buy from here. They automatically signed me up for their membership. I accidentally pressed it and then it wouldn’t let me uncheck it. They sent no emails explaining that 1) there was a 30 day free trial (or that it was ending) or 2) that it was $70 for 3 months. I spent 20 minutes trying to close my account online and there was no option to. It’s a perfect business plan to steal your money. Don’t buy here!

underhanded, unethical, and fraudulent
After a one-time purchase, this company enrolled me in a "Rewards" program that I in no way would have agreed to and charged $69.99 as a recurring charge every three months. I recognized the charge and tried to cancel the "membership". The website says to do this via the "manage subscription" button which does not exist anywhere on the website. I had to call the company to disenroll in the program and dispute the fraudulent charge with the credit card. Very underhanded, unethical, and fraudulent.

Is there any way to give zero Stars
Is there any way to give zero Stars? I put an item in my shopping cart and ultimately abandoned it and decided against the purchase. They charged me for it anyway and I never received it, then they charged me 69.99 for some membership I didn't sign up for like so many others here have stated. All I can say is when shopping online, watch your transactions and empty your card if you're not completing the purchase. This company is a complete fraud. After offering various percentages of the refund they give me 100% when I threatened legal action. Do not do business with this company

Do not purchase from this business unless you enjoy frustration!
This company has a sneaky way to trap you into a “membership” fee at checkout. They claim a 30 day trial and the charge $69.99 every 3 months that is automatically deducted from your original payment method. This charge is a complete surprise because of the fraudulent method in which you are enrolled. I canceled the membership the same day my payment method informed me that I was being charged, and requested a refund. I was offered 50%. I did eventually negotiate a full refund, but it took 5 emails and hours of frustration for this to happen. Wha a horrible business practice!

Stay away
Stay away. They only sell garbage. And bill your credit card without permission. This company should be wiped out immediately. False advertisement on all products. I can’t believe they are in business

I ordered a chair 3 weeks ago and my…
I ordered a chair 3 weeks ago and my order still shows it's being prepared to ship which is the same status it's had since the day of order. I've reached out to support multiple times and am now going to request a refund and cancelation of my order due to this long wait and no updates. It's feeling like its a scam and I'm very upset I was informed my order would be updated this week and it's now Sunday. I'm disappointed because I really did like the product.

TOTAL FRAUD
TOTAL FRAUD. This business should be investigated. I ordered a water ionizer in February 2925. My checking account in March 2025 is showing a reacting monthly withdrawal of $69.99 for a membership fee that I did not sign up for. BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Stay Away
My story is pretty much the same as the other negative reviews here. I ordered some generic air tags in the middle of February from these guys and as of 03/28 they're still not here. Additionally, they discreetly add some kind of subscription to your cart when you check out without your consent. A month later they charge you $69.99 without your permission for expedited shipping as a benefit to your subscription lol, what a joke. Customer service at least doesn't try to hassle you too much when you are asking for your money back... That is literally the only positive thing about this company
