If I could give them zero stars I would! I bought a GE stove oven combo. It is a complete factory reject. If you use the oven the stove turns off, and you can’t use it sometimes for no reason at all the stove will turn off. can’t use it. The oven will turn off. You can’t use it. They’ve come out to fix it. Tell me they can’t fix it because it’s not happening while they’re there, yeah no da, but I’ve sent pictures videos right now. I think even the fans aren’t working for it. This has been the worst experience of my life. It’s a factory reject. They need to take it back and give me one that works properly that cost the same amount of money. i’m really tired of this. Send them out. They did nothing claimed it wasn’t under warranty. I had just bought it. Of course it was under warranty. We also bought the extended warranty. What a waste of money being that it can’t be fixed so my question is when are you replacing it

purchased a GE front-load washer (model GFW550SPR4RS) in November 2023, expecting it to last for years. Unfortunately, the machine stopped working after just 19 months — well short of what I consider acceptable for a major appliance. Even more frustrating has been the experience with GE warranty support (Bodewell). Despite being within the 10-year motor and lifetime tub parts warranty, I've been repeatedly given the runaround. Customer service is vague, unhelpful, and unwilling to provide clear answers about coverage. It feels like they’re hoping customers will just give up. I don’t want to replace the washer — I just want a fair repair, but support has been minimal and dismissive. I expected better from a company like GE. Advice to other customers: Be cautious about GE front-load washers and don’t assume the warranty will protect you beyond the first year. You may end up stuck with a broken machine and little help.

Bought a GE Opal 2 icemaker and it started making noise. It was less than a year old and they took it back. They lost the paperwork and told me it would be sent out last week. It took another week to ship it out and when I got it, it was completely damaged. Do not purchase GE products because they do not stand behind what they sell. They would not give me a refund and will not send FedEx here to pick up the damaged one, I have to take it to FedEx. This is ridiculous.

I purchased a front load washer dryer with steam and profile dishwasher in Feb 2020. The dishwasher was constant repair repair repair until it flooded my kitchen and cost me $$$ in kitchen repairs. It also stopped cleaning well after year #1. The dryers ignitor kept going out and I just gave up and junked it at year 4. And today the washing machine control panel went out at 5.5 years. I'm not fixing it. I took a sledge hammer to it. I won't even look in the direction of a GE appliances ever again.

Bodewell appiance care came my home may 28 tech(herb) order parts said would return am June 10 never should up we called ge they reset appointment for June 12th bodewell didn’t have curtsy to call us totally unreliable.

GE uses Bodewell as their service provider. Bodewell is Completely incompetent. Pathetic customer service. You will waste your time on each appointment, if they even show up. You will get nothing but the runaround with excuses. After 9 months and 5 appointments the appliance is still not fixed and GE could care less. This is an expensive in warranty GE café appliance. I will never in my life ever buy another GE appliance. In fact I don’t even want Bodewell to ever come to my house again! I’m done with them, completely done.

We purchased a suite of GE kitchen appliances in May, 2018. We have had problems that required service and repairs on our GE Profile refrigerator, dishwasher and gas oven. The only appliance that has not required service or repairs is the GE Profile microwave. But the worst of all has been our refrigerator model PYE22KSKISS. We have had this thing for 7 years now. In that time we have had to have four different service calls to address different issues with this refrigerator. During the most recent service call we were informed that the problem involved the cooling system which we could try to have repaired, but it would be very expensive and not worth it. We were further informed that the GE warranty that covers this issue has expired as it is a 5 year warranty and our refrigerator is now 7 years old. After only 7 years and we now have to replace this GE Profile refrigerator because of the GE poor quality and very limited warranty. The fact that GE only warranties its cooling system components for 5 years rather than the 10 years that at least some other manufacturers warranty is very disappointing. Our experience with GE has been a nightmare.

This has become the worst company in terms of customer experience. It is now a nightmare to try and schedule a service cll since they went to this Bodewell company. You now have to have separate accounts for both GE and Bodewell and their systems truly do no talk with one another I would steer clear of purchasing GE products after this last experience
