This was my first order and my son and I loved the shoes. They are of good quality and look really nice. They are not true too size as they were too big for him. I don’t like that a return label isn’t provided and the customer has to pay for return shipping (Especially on an exchange.).
Response from GatsbyshoesJul 12, 2024
Hi Sam, Thank you for your detailed feedback regarding your recent order. We're thrilled to hear that both you and your son loved the shoes and found them to be of good quality and aesthetically pleasing. We understand your frustration with the return shipping policy, especially for exchanges and the discrepancy on the sizes. We are continuously looking for ways to improve our services and appreciate your feedback in this matter. Buyer beware. They change their policy their do not respond properly they take your money. I have all screen shots of their website on policy and the recent changesd it again they play games. Do not trust them. They have ppl write fake reviews and they delete all negative reviews. They try and threaten lawyers. STAY AWAY. THEY HAVE MULTI WEBSITE. BUYER BEWARE the phone number has not live person or vmail and just a automated message to write the support account which they take for ever to reply. Stay away
