If I could give negative stars, I would! Worst shoes I’ve ever had. Soles are so thin, I can feel pine straw. Heels are so unsupported, it’s very, very hard to put them on. These shoes are too light & unsupported. They’re horrible! It’ll be worth paying more for a more substantial shoe.

This company is a rip off! I ordered two shoes and paid extra for the free and easy return or exchange. They showed up on my doorstep just bubble wrapped together. Both shoes did not fit. I logged in to get a refund, where I am charged a 10% fee for each pair. Then they want me to pay to send them back. The free and easy return is not free and is not easy. Do not waste your money with this company.

Their shoes run small and their return policy is COSTLY. I wish I had never ordered the shoes. Even for an exchange for a larger size would have cost much more. I don't recommend them for men with larger feet.

So I have found your shoes supposedly made in the States on TEMUs website. They are significantly cheaper. I have ordered some to compare. I had an issue with returns and as such and you having no hub here to be of assistance the UPS charge to return them is outrageous and more than the value of the product. If you had not been of such great “help” in my recent returns situation, I would not have gone digging and not found this alternative. I will report on the quality as soon as I have got my delivery. It pays to be helpful. Thought for the day. 21st March 2025. So I have received what appear to be the same shoes from Temu who do have a return address here in the UK for a start. They appear to be exactly the same shoe. I have bought American made goods (I have 3 Jeeps and a Voyager) and have no issue with doing so. I lke USA made stuff and if the quality is right, then I will buy US materials. You are not supporting your country by selling these shoes. These shoes appear to not be made in the USA and I will NOT be buying any further shoes from your company. What's more your "reaching out to Trustpilot" is just waffle as you make the same reply to almost everyone.

The shoe fell apart first time wearing. The sole detached. The solution from customer service - buy another pair and we will give you 30% off!!! No refund..no replacement ....no ability to escalate in management . Just ripped me off and a scam.

These are horrible horrendous and the worst pair of shoes EVER. PLEASE do not order. I will tell everyone I can. Within 2 days the shoes feel apart. Customer service (even though we are still under their 30 day policy) will not exchange the shoes for free. I do not believe I should pay to replace a product that lost grommets and soles completely came off. DO NOT get suckered into this crappy company. Update: Feb 17 2025 - they have not reached out. I have sent emails. Continue to be horrible in customer service. I have sent the pictures of the shoes that the sole fell apart after 3 days wearing them. I was well within the return policy in sending them back. Do not get suckered

Update: The Customer Services had finally replied and rectified the issue by sending a replacement. The team dealing with this was amazing, whilst the previous one was not, as per below. Appalling customer service and attitude, hiding behind their own 30 days guarantee, hence, they denied replacing the shoes, which fell apart after a couple of months being worn on and off, displaying poor craftsmanship. I cannot believe the response I received and I fell for this scam company…

Terrible shoes. I got 2 pairs of these for Christmas from my wife and I’m beginning to think she doesn’t like me. They look and feel cheap. The soles are very hard and I managed to bear them for a day. Do not buy these.
