I work a lot of conventions around the country. I needed a good, sturdy shoe that was comfortable to wear and would put up with me walking 8-40 miles on a weekend. Within less than 8 hours of my first time wearing them, they came apart. The resolution, was to PAY $10 to send them back for a refund or replacement. It shouldn't be on me to return a defective product. I will not and cannot recommend this product. I've purchased $30 shoes off Amazon that have lasted months with my walking... These didn't even last a day.

The package tracking is horrible. I had to request a link and they sent me a link that required me to get a third party app the charges a fee. Complete BS. I have no idea where my package is.

I would like to update my review I made on April 14 regarding this company poor customer service. After making the review a representative from the company reached out to me. (Alberto) I believe is his name. He promised to make things right with my order and he delivered on his promise. My correct size shoes was sent as promised and now I am a happy customer. Therefore, I am updating my rating from a 3 star to a 5 start.

Chinese made shoes smell like petroleum, (Weathertech commercials are correct if you’ve seen them). Shoes are not comfortable, the fold creases right into the top of your foot as you walk. Not sure I have the patience or tolerance to break them in and remove the smell. Live and learn, hopefully this will deter some of you from the same issues I’ve dealt with. NEVER AGAIN!
