The shoes that were ordered in April have not arrived. I was not told the order would be delayed until I originally reached out in the middle of May. It is now almost August and still no shoes. Please refund the order...

I received order confirmation and, after two weeks, I inquired about when they would ship. I received a message that my shoes were on backorder due to high order volume. Then I got a survey asking me to comment on the representative that sent the email telling me about the backorder. I didn't respond and I am glad I didn't. Two months have gone by since the email informing me if th backorder status. Despite numerous attempts requesting an update, or any response for that matter, I have no shoes and no follow up communication.

After 3 months of wear the sole and shoe came apart. Apparently the stitching is for cosmetic purposes and doesn't actually hold the shoe together. Poor quality and way too expensive for what you get. I was expecting a dress shoe look with the comfort of a sneaker as was advertised. What I got was an overpriced piece of junk. I guess some lessons you have to learn the hard way.

I ordered 2 pairs on 5/18/26 and the update was “packaging for delivery on 5/18”. NOTHING TO DATE!!! Not even a follow-up email!

Ordered boots back in April and have never received them . Emails have gone unanswered. Very dissatisfied.

Shoes are junk. They look good but do not last. Customer service is non-responsive. Shop elsewhere.

My daughter gifted me a pair of Gatsby boots for Christmas 12/25. I wore the only 10-12 times and the sole on the right boot started coming completely of at the heel. The left side was also coming unglued at the heel. I contacted customer service and they told the they needed photos and order number. I provided the requested information, but they never responded. I resent the email 5-6 times with No response. So the shoe quality was poor, and the customer service was worse…or non-existent.

I have not heard from anyone in over 3 weeks regarding my request to refund both pair of shoes I purchased about 3 months ago and are falling apart! I would really like if someone would contact me back by email GatsbyShoes ORDER #GTSBY430647
