Don't do it
I ordered these shoes for my husband in size 14, but they were very narrow so I have been trying for several weeks to get in touch to request an exchange. I emailed their customer service to an address that ends with .co instead of .com and when I never got a reply, I thought I'd made a mistake and emailed again. Still no answer so I went to their website and completed the contact form at least 4 times with no reply. There's a phone number, but when you call it, you just get a message to email them!! What a darn scam. They don't even look as nice as they look online. Look pretty cheap and now I see them offered on SheIn for $29 cheaper than I paid on the direct website. ***"Response to their reply 19 months later - what a joke!!! What's your resolution? Email the email address I emailed 19 months ago with no response? Give me my money back. I've gotten rid of the shoes forever ago.

Finally…a good Facebook order
We were extremely impressed that the shoes ordered actually looked like the picture. They are so light. My husband has neuropathy and we’ve tried so many different shoes. He loves these!
