As soon as I received the shoes I knew they were too big. I sent an email about an exchange and I received an email the next day with specific instructions on how to make a return. Although I did have to pay for the shipping to return them.

The shoes arrived just in time for my husband's (81 birthday). He loved the shoes, and they fit perfectly. My one concern was not being able to receive a response from the company when I tried to contact them. Customer Service is important. However, I will be purchasing another pair for my husband.
