I bought these shoes for my husband and he loved them. They fit perfect size. They looked nice with his dress slacks for church and the next day with jeans. Very versatile shoe. Will buy more shoes from this company.

Ordered four pairs of Gatsby shoes with one being the wrong size attempts were made to get the shoes replaced and there was NO response from the company. The shoes was sent back to the return address on their website with a NOTE on the inside of the box as to what the exchange NEEDED to be still NO response. Emails were sent NO response Not good at ALL no customer service..,,

Don't give them your time of day. Pretty sure this is a scam. My husband wanted these shoes for his birthday and I saw they were one sale ( 1st red flag is they are always on sale) made my purchase and was content to wait. I was tracking it thru the Shop app. All is going well for a few days and then my tracking info disappeared. Then is said it was delivered . I'm a stay at home mom but sometimes delivery people don't knock. I look outside. I look all around. I even wait a few more days just incase. Then I contact customer service and was in touch with Eva. They say look all around. I did. They give me tracking info for the carrier LSO (Lonestar overnight) says it was delivered to my front door. I contact them. No reply. No photo evidence nothing. I go back to customer service and ask for a replacement or a refund. They give me tracking for ANOTHER company, Aftership.com/ Yunexpress. It says delivered but I don't have the shoes and at this point I'm out $70. No solutions offered, so I ask for a refund. I'm told they don't offer refunds for delivered items, which were never delivered. So with zero solutions, no replacement, and basic bot customer service they expect me to be out $70. No thank you. Don't waste your time or your money on this.

Placed an order. Express delivery to the Uk it said. Just checked tracking and it is forecasting delivery in TWO MONTHS time. Be careful, something is not right here.

The shoes are an amazing fit! There is no misleading information about them; they are comfortable, stylish and affordable. Best shoes I’ve owned over the last 25+ years of working in an office and can easily transform into casual shoes on the weekends. Can’t say enough good things about these shoes - except that I need to get another pair!
