Shoes look good, but they aren't very comfortable and seem a cheaply made. Shipping information was lacking to say the least.

I was most disappointed to find that whilst they offer a 30 day money back guarantee, what they failed to make clear is that the return cost has to be borne by the customer. The cost of returning the shoes from the UK to the USA is £25. The shoes only cost £58 in the first place. Their website is most misleading in that it says ‘If you want to exchange or return your shoes, we offer a full 30 day guarantee so THAT YOU CAN TRY ALL OF OUR STYLES WORRY FREE’ !! Obviously at a cost of £25 to return that does not make sense. Their returns procedures are also very confusing and cumbersome and difficult to find and navigate around their website. Whilst I like the product I will not be making any further purchases due to their returns/refund policy

The product is great and very comfortable. I have been wearing them every day since I've received them, and I get many compliments on the unique style. Unfortunately, the shoes ship directly from China, so the do take a little while to get here. Mine took every bit of 15 business days to arrive. While I understand many retail goods are manufactured in China and sold in the United States, having a warehouse facility in the US to maintain and inventory would certainly expedite the shipping and overall shopping experience.
