I ordered a pair of Julie Thevenot small Medusa earrings from this company for $170.00. The pictures of the earrings were a beautiful and vibrant color of purples and pinks, this company sent me a dull ugly yellow version which I did not appreciate. I put in a complaint with PayPal and they are returning my money. Garmentory policy is no refunds but if you buy them through PayPal and the item does not look like the picture they will give you a full refund. I do not recommend anything from this company. Shame on them for not standing by their product and sending me something completely different.

I ordered an item that was final sale, but on the product page of the item I was buying it offered insurance at an additional cost so the item could still be returned. When I went to check out I added "this insurance" so that I could return the item if needed, because I was unsure of the fit. When I received the item it was too big, so I went to return the item (with my return insurance) but was told I purchased the wrong insurance. They said that even though the insurance was offered on the product page, it wasn't eligible for return, and I purchased a different kind of insurance. I reached out to customer service and they confirmed in email writing that the insurance was offered on the product page - but are refusing to give me a refund.

I ordered a pair of beautiful shoes. Almost as soon I purchased them you guys ship them. I received updates of my order the whole week, and I got them two days ago. The package was perfect, and the shop Montys who are the ones who had the shoes sent me a sweet: enjoy your shoes note. Thanks a lot! Can't wait to buy again

I ordered 2 pair of shoes. One was delivered within a week. The other said delay but unable to track it’s been a week since “track shipment” has been updated. I’m now getting worried about getting my shoes. No update and no way to track?

I had all kinds of snafu with Canadian border customs and packages being delayed...the Garmentory support team was amazing helping me work through it all and refunding the extra costs that shouldn't have occurred as a result of all the delivery issues. Beyond impressed with the speed of customer service and the attention to detail that has been shown by everyone at Garmentory (it's really clear that they are actually reading my emails). This level of care is really rare in the consumer apparel industry, especially when ordering online - and it really makes me want to order from them again in future.

I paid for express shipping with the expectation that the item would be shipped out in 24 hours (as they claim) and it was not. When people pay for express shipping they are doing so to receive the item in an expedited way. In addition, they slip an almost $20 shipping or package "protection" fee, which I am sure they get a cut of, into your cart. You have to physically remove it (if you catch the sneaky fee). That is unethical. They refused to refund my express shipping fee and the "protection" free (I stress it was almost $20!). Isn't their responsibility to ensure packages are delivered to consumers. I will never order from them again.

Garmentory is awesome! They made the impossible happen on a short shipping deadline for an anniversary gift (and worked on this over the weekend). Thank you all!
