Package arrived quickly, and I loved the outfit! The top and shorts fit perfectly and I wore them right out of the mailers lol :)

I’ve ordered a lot of clothes online, but Garmentory has been by far the worst experience I’ve had. After placing a simple order for pants, I was shocked to receive an email asking me to send photos of my credit card AND my driver’s license to “verify” my purchase. This is completely unacceptable for a basic clothing order – it felt invasive and unsafe. No other legitimate store I’ve ever shopped at (Blue Owl, Standard & Strange, Huckberry, etc.) has ever demanded this kind of personal information. When I told them to cancel my order and delete my account, I received a canned response that didn’t even confirm the cancellation. Overall, the whole process felt clumsy, unprofessional, and honestly sketchy. I ended up buying from another retailer with zero issues. I will never shop Garmentory again and would strongly warn others to think twice before placing an order here.

Don’t buy anything from their store. For some products, they don’t ship from US, so the customer has to pay the duty tax as well as the sales tax and international shipping cost. Eventually, you have to pay much more than you think. Just buy something from real US store, not from who claims as US store.

I'm on my feet 12 hours a day, and was looking for a comfortable shoe to support my high arch. These shoes are amazing,like walking on a cloud. The ordering was easy and the shipping was quick. I only gave 4 stars because of the the no return/refund policy.
