I have been sorting out issues with a game that is know for its connection issues. I put in a ticket for help and 2 guys worked with me for 3-4 days and we got it all sorted out...... IT WASN'T EVEN THEIR FAULT. They just wanted the server to run good.. peiod :-) I have NEVER had customer service like this before.

Easy and Quick. No problems with the server a week in. Very helpful and friendly support and simple CP. 10/10 would rent another server.

I have never had problems with my servers that they could not fix for me there quick to fix them as well definitely one of the better server sites out there

has to be the worse server service.always getting kicked server down and customer service is not there!! for get about 24/7 service its a joke!!! Dont i repeat Dont use this service. go somewhere else

I play on a server hosted by this company. And the other day the server got ddosed. Even though Gameserver say they have "ddos protection". Come to find out the only Ddos protection they have is by stopping services to the server to protect the rest of the servers they serve from lag because their servers can't handle a ddos on one server! UNACCEPTABLE customer services and server protection in my opinion. I would never want them to host any of my servers!

By far this has been one of the WORST experiences of my life. Using the terraria server that we paid for, i mean sure before you become a member and give them your money they are there to support you in 5-30 min but after you give them your money they say screw you. Me and my community of gamers im with waisted well over 14 hours of our lives playing this game for it to not only not save the world data but to also constantly kick us from the server and also come up with messages saying that the server is not connecting... Please read this review dont get screwed like we did...
