Ticket response was good. Servers worked as needed. I haven't had much experience with custom servers but this was a pretty good one. Love that the user interface is strait out of 2005.

Apart from their user interface, which could do with a serious update, I've never had an issue with them. I've used them before for both multiple Minecraft and 7 days to die servers. Support was relatively quick, no issues canceling whenever I did it from the client area. I only did 4 stars because I've learned over the years that knowing how much RAM, etc. is important and I feel they are not upfront about what you get for what you pay for, also like I mentioned above their client area interface could really use an update.

few teething problems but mainly due to my lack of knowledge, server has been down, due to an update i believe, however support are relatively quick, i can never give 5 stars to someone who only has email support, but good value for money no major issues. overall happy guys thanks

I rented a Rush server for myself and my grandson. I found the setup a little confusing, especially since a Rush update wiped out my admin settings and Rusty stopped working after the update. Gameservers tech support responded quickly and helpfully to the 2 Support tickets I opened. Now my grandson and I are happily playing Rush on my own server. Good tech support is hard to find. I appreciate it when I find it.

Good cheap servers with a good technical team who will eventually fix your issue. I've so far not had a single bad experience so far and I hope it stays that way.

Haben dort mehrere DayZ Server, Performance & Preis // Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist Super! Das Einzige ist manchmal die Support Wartezeit und das Hässliche / unübersichtliche Webinterface! Trotzdem - Immer wieder Gerne ;)

I bought a Unturned server with 8 slots. The server works fine, i have had no lag problems, no crashes. The server was easy to setup aswell. Everything was basically easy. They have great customer support and replies really fast. The only thing is that i find it hard to install mods to the server. I didnt order the teamspeak server so i cant say if there is problems with that. I recommend this. -Mads

Jeg har været kunde hos gameservers i 3 år, og har ikke haft de store problemer med serveren. Det jeg synes - Hurtig support - Ikke helt lagfrie servere men ellers fungere de fint nok. - Hurtig setup efter man har betalt for gameserveren - Billige priser - Dansk lokation til serverne :-)
