When requesting any changes you wait hours for a response or for them to actually do anything and now servers have been down for over 24 hours without any reasons coming forth. You can make a ticket but don't expect a reply very soon. When asked you get told they are aware of the outage, but 24HRS, what the Heck. I would never go near them again.

Ive had a rust server with them for over a year. Most of the time there are little to no problems but when there is a problem they really seem to take their time to fix it. Ive had support tickets go unanswered for over 48hrs but It seems to have gotten better lately.

I wanted to buy a server for a month and when I had bought it I removed the auto buy and I removed the server from the list of my servers and got a confirmation on that they had removed the server from my list and then they shouldn't take money from my bank account. BUT! They still withdraw the money from my bank account the following month! DONT EVER BUY SERVER FROM THEM!

They take your money, give you the least amount of RAM usage possible, make you upgrade to a 200 person server to allow 20 to play comfortably, THEN they DENY you a REFUND when you're unhappy with their BS customer service that takes up to TWO DAYS to get a response from! Because "You've gone past the 5 day trial" MY EFFING A. CONGRATULATIONS! YOU WIN! Find a better host LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. Last thing they said to ME was: "We have set your specified subscriptions to cancel as requested. Unfortunately, you are past the 5 day trial period and would not be eligible for a refund. Thanks, Brendan Kiel" My last response to them was: "WOW, you have got to be forking kidding me. Your service is shat, your customer support is shat, and YOU WON'T REFUND MY REMAINING SUBSCRIPTION?? BIG FORKING MISTAKE. You WILL refund my remaining subscription or I WILL take action. You need to own up to your shortcomings. Or there WILL be a CLASS ACTION SUIT UNDER WAY. " Sooo if anyone knows a good class action suit lawyer, now's his big moment.

This host constantly loses connections, Server goes down without any explanation and they dont care help let alone address the issue. I work hours upon hours to populate a server and these stupid MORONS ruin it all in an instant. For the 2nd time 3 days after populating the server - IMPORTANT: Your server is currently offline! We have detected an outage with your server and are currently working to resolve this issue. During this time, server stops, restarts, and reinstalls are disabled. Server crashes are generally solved within 30 minutes and extended mass outages will be reported via the members area alert system. Then they pretend it never happened. You are only allowed to contact support by a CRAP email system that they dont respond to in any kind of timely manner. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GAMESERVERS.COM WILL MAKE A JOKE OF YOUR NAME AND SERVER.

Created a server on this site, but it was extremely buggy, so i decided to cancel it right away. That wasn't easy, but after 30 mins i figured the only possible option for cancellation was "stop server". Didn't hear anything from them since - not until i switched bank. Then i got a mail saying that my monthly payment to gameservers.com was declined. So it turned out I have been paying for 6 months to a server I thought i cancelled without any receipts or notifications of the payments. I then found out the only way to get rid of the server is by writing a ticket to the support center. What a scam! I can't believe that it is legal to fool people into subscriptions to a crappy product that is almost impossible to figure out how to cancel without even being notified that they are taking your money.

I've had a couple of servers through gameservers.com. One RUST and one ARK Survival Evolved. To be fair RUST wasn't too bad provided the population is kept low. I did start noticing lag the higher the numbers. More recently I've taken up an ARK server. Worst decision ever. Lag from the start. Periods of server downtime lasting several hours. Twice within about a week. Support responses are slow and when they did get around to fixing they had to start the server from fresh. Player profiles were saved but the 'World' was gone along with all building, dinos etc... 3 Weeks gameplay lost. This is despite auto save being turned on too. Support couldn't offer any explanation for the crash. No apology offered. No credit or refund (partial or full) to my account. Very poor. It's not often I write a negative review but I genuinely wouldn't want anyone else to experience/pay for such service. Fortunately I've only been playing ARK with a few mates on a password protected world and they're pretty understanding but can you imagine if you managed to build a community of players and this happened?!
