GameserversReviews of gameservers.com

It's alright BUT... Please be aware if you switch games on the server it may cost more. That's fine. The problem is that if you would like to switch back to the cheaper game all extra money they will pocket. It canot be applied to future subscriptions and no refunds available. It just disappears. I felt scammed.

I'll keep it short and sweet I gave two stars for the service as I think in my overall review they lacked everywhere else. I wanted to cancel for a while which i did. Only to be greeted with an email letting me know my account has been closed down and if I'd like to reactivate I have to send them an email? OK not going to happen so I am now assuming they engage in fraudulent activity and won't be returning. Had a very fast email reply asking if I'd like to reactivate. Unusually fast like less than 5 minutes fast. Avoid this company they are good the whole time time you have time left but trust between you and them to when you want to take a break. Shady as hell

Customer service was great but the server service was poor. Gets restarted often, no DDOS protection .

My TF2 Server is lagging all the time, and the customer service its bad, they don't know what to do when you ask for some help with the game, but okay prices. And its also have a outdated site so i won't recommend this site to anybody!

I’ve been with GameServers for two years now. It started out great, server ran smooth with no issues, until about a few months ago things went down hill. I’m now experiencing server crashes every few days and a lot of lag suddenly. I’ve been told my map is too big or it could be the plugins. They seem friendly enough, however one of the tech support people will give you half a** answer and then automatically close your ticket, even if your answer never got solved. As I read through most of these reviews, it seems a lot of us are getting told the same thing. I had a 50 player slot and the most players in a day I ever got was about 7 people, yet they told me to upgrade too. I have switched server hosts, and will be canceling my service with them next month. My server is currently down as I write this. It was down last night, and still this morning. I’ve restarted and updated and it still does nothing. I suppose I will write them again to figure out why. I would have recommended them a few years back, but not anymore.

Control Panel was friendly but could have been better. Ping time always seemed great. And the pricing options were also good. The issue is that the server would constantly go down, no one is going to play on a server like that. The only upside was it wouldnt be down for extended periods of time. Either way, if no one wants to play on your server whats the point of paying for it.

havde dem ½dag da hvor efter jeg send en repay request via Paypal da den havde været ned 3 gang

There is no "fragging" to be had with these guys as your sever provider. Space Engineers lagged to no extent whenever you would try to build or fly anywhere and god forbid you tried to jump drive somewhere else. Had a better time with friends doing a self host and would honestly rather just leave my game open and computer on 24/7 then give these guys another dime
