Best customer service.
Best customer service from a hosting provider I've ever received. I've had my server up for over two years now and I can't remember the last time I experienced any down time.

Takes 4 to 12 hours to reply to tickets. They love to copy paste answers without reading what you posted in the ticket. They are slow to update Oxide or rustio. That should be made for customer to update like most other company's.

Hi, I am the headadmin of the -=WarmupServer=-s and got a lot of servers at different hosters. About gameservers.com I need to say they are very expensive in my opinion. Anyway I thaught, I will try to host servers at gameservers.com. Probably that would be okay, if they provide an excellent service. But the service is not good. Some reasons: - you don't have full access to FTP - they don't provide an automatically update (so if you are not available, your servers will be down after every update) - they only provide windows-servers (in my opinion linux servers are running better) I give two stars, because the support is always answering very fast. Thanks for reading. I hope gameservers.com will fix some of the points or reduce their price. Daniel Sensenbringer

I've rented from gameservers.com since before battlefield 2 was fresh off the press and i used to consider them to be a great hosting service, due to their machine performance and the vast amount of gaming titles that their service offers to host. However as time has passed i consider them to be one of the worse hosts based on their support team alone. For someone like myself who is a coder and can very easily fix my own server problems, the support team is pretty much useless beyond basic issues such as the server not restarting, etc. Coding, modding, etc i can do all of that on my own without any assistance. However for what i'd consider a "newbie" at hosting or someone who needs 24/7 support to help them do this and that, gameservers is not going to be helpful. In fact i have submitted tickets and didn't get a response until a week later. This is not acceptable behavior for a support team, no matter what the occasion is. All in all, if you can do everything on your own, gameservers.com does offer more games than most of the top 3 hosts you can put together and their machines performance isn't all that bad either. However to someone who isn't tech savvie or capable of performing any task other than basic server controls, you'll have a bad time with gameservers.com Personally, if gameservers got their support team back up to what it used to be back in the early 2000's, they'd easily be back on the map as to what i'd consider a top host. (I personally hate having to rent from multiple hosts because it can be consfusing. What the world needs is a host that hosts as many games as gameservers does, with the proper support team.)

I don't know what the deal is with this guys but for some reason every time I open a support ticket it takes them at list 2-3 days to get back to me, even though they claim they have 24/7 support...hmmm... I DON'T THINK SO! Also, my server struggles to find any random matches on official and I run it at 60hz on average day with vanilla maps (nothing crazy). I've noticed in Procon that when I hover over "Accepting Players" my Matchmaking Enabled: says NO!... and there is nothing I can do to fix it. I opened a support ticket trying to figure it out but all they have to say is that it has nothing to do with getting random players, and it's for some competitive mod setting... what a BS man... I'm done with this guys!

I wanted 1 month of service but ended up paying for 2 months because they dont label it as auto pay. i stopped using my server for 7 days to die 3 weeks in because it kicked half my players off repeatedly. so i payed a nice $80 for 3 weeks of service and they REFUSE to give a refund and the bitches absolutely ignore any request for a phone number. USE BLUEFANG FOR 7 DAYS TO DIE ITS CHEAPER and i had no lag with my 50 slot vs gameservers laggy 30 slot.

I will say that my experence wasnt as horrible as some, pre-sales support were fast. the fact that they offer 5 day refunds even on dedicated server orders was impressive to me, so i took the plunge. setup was fast. and i did set up a minecraft server with my saved world/server files that actually ran very well with less lag then non-dedicated solutions ive tried. the problem is though while pre-sales support was great, it did seem that their support system beyond that was a bit lacking, while they state to have 24/7 support, after sending a few tickets the night before the next day they were still not replied to. the problem also is the control panel was a bit clunky i had a problem of trying to assign more then 4 gb memory to a server (even though i had 32 gb total) , and some other issues. overall. i wont say it was terrible. i requested a refund as it did not suit my needs and it was processed within a day. since the refund process was indeed hassle free. i would suggest try them out for yourselves and see. Not terrible but just not quite what i needed. :-) but i am glad i was able to try it out none the less. i think the best thing i can say is it was NOT a horrible experience for me. thanks for the quick refund. Hope it does work out for some.
