Good cheap servers with a good technical team who will eventually fix your issue. I've so far not had a single bad experience so far and I hope it stays that way.

From day one of starting a server with this service i had near to no problems, The staff team was helpful and decent with their response time. In terms of server host, the servers run pretty well when compared to other hosts, in the whole time I've used this service i have not yet had any major lag or random server shutdowns. The only time you would experience anything like that is if you have too many mods or conflicting mods installed on the server, That can easily be corrected by asking the staff to remove the mod from the server The staff are also extremely cooperative if you do run into any problems with the server, and from my experience were able to deal with it within 8 hours or less on average Overall view, Excellent, Good hosting service, Amazing prices on server upkeep

I really like the quick response to my issues and I definitely recommend Gameservers.com to anyone who would want to get a server. First of all the server runs well (half life deathmatch) but the problems quickly came flooding in. Before you read anymore DO NOT GET ANY SERVER WITH THIS COMPANY. I was looking for help on how to get admins as there is no proper console on the control panel. Everything looks really out dated and it seams to be that way too. Their documentation on admins was absolutely terrible and if it was not for me being good with computers then i would have been stuck and of wasted £6 (yes, thats the cheapest you can go). After a while a hacker joined and i could not ban him and he was controlling things on my server. I asked them for help and a 12 hour reply gave me... ban him. Then i started getting mad and told them that they where not helping then they started making me the villain and where being rude to me (They told me if i did not stop and i had to do some setting on the server for them then they would shutdown the server and keep the money). I will NEVER buy a server from them again and if you want to keep your card or paypal details safe RUN because there security is not the best.
