Been asking for help never got it in the first place really slow answer. Not easy to understand modify your server. really disapointed bad customer service that ignore you. Dont give them any kind of revenue because they wont bother refounding it back to you.

I've been with GameServers.com for the last few years, basically since I've had a job, and they've always done a great job with their support team. Always quick helpful replies. Their servers are very fair priced as well. So that's why I'd recommend them as your New and improved Server host. - Jasper

Before I hosted at this company I was hosting through another company but I am glad that I have chosen to switch to this one. I have created 2 support tickets so far and both have been answered within a couple of hours (even when I made one at midnight). It might be a little more expensive than others but you definitely get great customer service and the server itself it perfect! I have changed the map to my liking and some other things which were very easy to do.

I was having trouble with installing my server, so I contacted support and they replied within minutes!

I rented a Rush server for myself and my grandson. I found the setup a little confusing, especially since a Rush update wiped out my admin settings and Rusty stopped working after the update. Gameservers tech support responded quickly and helpfully to the 2 Support tickets I opened. Now my grandson and I are happily playing Rush on my own server. Good tech support is hard to find. I appreciate it when I find it.

I used these guys to host a 50 player rust server for almost a year before stopping due to personal reasons a few months ago. This hosting service is absolutely amazing, any time a problem came up, all i had to do was put a support ticket in, and it was fixed in an hour, and if it took longer, they were quick to apologize. It was very easy to manage and mod the server, with no lag ingame, even reaching about 24 players at once. For only a few dollars a month they did everything i needed when i needed. Any time I experienced stuttering or lag from a mod or for any reason, they were willing to increase the max RAM for the server for free, fixing the problem. Their support team was nice and always willing to help, ive even had an employee join my server to help locate the problems! For anyone looking for a good cheap hosting service, this is the way to go!
