I had great, prompt service for the year I enjoyed my game server, but best of all was the service I got when I needed to cancel it. I will definitely use this service again the next time I need a server for a game!

There is no "fragging" to be had with these guys as your sever provider. Space Engineers lagged to no extent whenever you would try to build or fly anywhere and god forbid you tried to jump drive somewhere else. Had a better time with friends doing a self host and would honestly rather just leave my game open and computer on 24/7 then give these guys another dime

Can't play with 2 people on a 4 person Starbound server without HORRIBLE lag. No mods, nothing unusual. Just NORMAL play. Responses take upwards of 12 hours and aren't helpful. Won't even migrate the server data from one server to another for me. HORRIBLE.

Staff is timely with response and willing to go the extra mile to help figure out issues... IE mod conflicts ect..

I've been renting my server from Gameservers for more than 5yrs now. I'm pleased to say the tech support i've received over the years has been professional, and courteous. The techs have often employed others there to help resolve whatever issues I had or made helpful suggestions. I recommend them to all of my gaming members that consider renting a server.

Incredible support! I play 7 days to die off and on but I always come back to Gameservers.com because of their top notch support! They are efficient, knowledgeable, and very responsive with any and all issues I have ever had.

Easy to use, They have been very helpfull. Any issues i have had are generally responded to in a reasonable time and they have always posted on twitter or facebook if there is an issue.
