On November 26 (order no. 8369) I ordered a few items. Some I got and a few others were canceled at the last moment and reimbursed. However, I still haven’t gotten the grey sweater I ordered for my son. My order was for express delivery but so far, I haven’t gotten it. I wrote twice comments using the contact info from their webpage asking for info regarding my order and also called their US phone number, but so far nobody cared to reply. I am wondering when can I get a response from them…. Elizabet Kaisheva

Gamboa is prompt, but I don't like the fact that you now vacuum pack my sweater orders. They lose their fluffiness.
