The poncho I ordered is definitely not alpaca wool and highly synthetic. It is rough and and uncomfortable. Return and refund is not possible only if product is damaged or if I received the wrong product because most products are "handmade and therefore unique for each client", which is not possible if it's synthetic mass produced. The quality of the product is awful and not as described in the description.

I am very impressed with the effort and help that allowed me to exchange a hat for the one that I had ordered in the wrong size. This experience was made easy thanks to Gabriela.

I really like the alpaca wool poncho. I ordered an alpaca wool poncho from a different company years ago and even though I liked it this one seems like it is softer and warmer. Only issue I had was the shipping took a little longer than it was supposed to.

Besides great products, personnel, especially Gabriela, most helpful with complete and clear information. Immediate link to site with new items increased knowledge of merchandise. Sale item attractively presented resulting in unplanned purchase!
