I purchased a hat and the item I received was below standards. The brim did not have the correct fold for a gambler style. I requested an exchange or refund which was denied. I communicated with Gabriela Vargas at he store who addressed me in a disrespectful and dismissive tone. No desire what so ever to make the transaction friendly.

We have reviewed the copies of the emails sent by our company where our agent replied to you explaining the hat you received is the correct item and the a wrong model like you stated in your emails: "The item is not the model requested. THe brim is not correctly made. Please advise if you will refund or replace the hat I have been a loyal customer and I do not wish to stop buying from you" Their reply was: "We have reviewed the pictures, we can see the hat you received is the correct model and the brim is in good condition. You are welcome to return this hat and exchange it for a different item in our store. We will not refund or replace the hat since it is the correct product and it arrived in good condition." Earlier today we sent you the instructions to exchange the item for a different product in our store, as stated in our policies.
