Dr. Singh displayed the most sincere concern for my health I've ever received in any format. My appointment was made for the next day and within an hour I was contacted with an appointment. Unbelievably proactive! Unheared of in modern medicine.Prescriptions were refilled and tests accomplished within 18 hours under her direction. The company itself I cannot speak to but it's staff is incredible.

Very impersonal, not genuine medical care and over billing. I quit Galileo because the care felt completely disorganized and unreliable. I kept running into the same issues—delayed responses, having to follow up multiple times just to get basic things done, and no real sense of ownership or follow-through from the providers. The biggest issue was medication management. I was left without my thyroid medication due to delays, which shouldn’t happen for an ongoing condition. That alone made it clear I couldn’t trust them with my care. It also felt very transactional—like billing and subscriptions were prioritized, but actual patient care and responsiveness weren’t. After multiple chances and the same patterns repeating, I was done. I need a provider that actually manages care responsibly without me having to chase them to do their job.
