UPDATE 8/9/23 Within 24 hours of writing this review I received a phone call from Joan at Fuugu. She could not have been more helpful, understanding, or professional. She apologized profusely for my experience and is issuing a full refund to my PayPal account without me returning the products (which have now shipped!!). I was not trying to get anything free and offered to pay for what I thought I was originally ordering ($18.95 plus $4.95 shipping). Finally, good customer service!! S.G. I placed an order for one (1) 6 pack of dishwasher tabs at $18.95 plus $4.95 shipping through PayPal and my account was charged $59.95 and $42.84 for 5 packages of 6 dishwasher cleaning tabs and 4 packs of washing machine cleaning tabs!! Just like others I contacted company within a couple of minutes and received same run around and an offer of 20% discount and 2 free digital books to keep order. I declined and despite written requests to the company, the order appears to be on its way and I haven’t received a refund. TOTAL SCAM!! I am working through both PayPal and my bank to dispute these fraudulent charges of over $100!!! I wish I had seen this site before looking at Fuubu. Stay away from this company!!!!

Same as everyone else. I bought an item on good faith, then the vendor sends me through an upsell page. That page listed a drain cleaner for free so I accepted that offer. Who wouldn't? Next I see that they charge me $42 and some cents for that free drain cleaner. I currently have a dispute open with PayPal where they offered to give me a 30% off discount so I don't have to pay for return shipping. Mind you I told them immediately after placing the order that I needed it changed. Immediately is too late after placing the order for them not to ship it apparently. I offered to pay 70% of free accepting their 30% off discount. It'll be interesting to see how this goes. I do not recommend this site to anyone. It's very deceptive selling practices and should be shut down. Of course it's outside the US so I don't know what the better Business bureau or department consumer affairs can do about this but it's infuriating. I used PayPal so not sure I'll get my money back. Always use Amex when you deal with these sketchy foreign sites because Amex would always support you. Lesson learned. Edit to add that while Immediately was too late for them to cancel one part of my order, I got an email just now that my entire order is delayed and will be packed for shipping soon ...like 3 days after I asked for one part to be canceled. What a terrible business. I want the whole thing canceled now. Wish me luck!

Ease of ordering and customer service availability…video was impressive and most important for me is I hate cleaning the dishwasher!The dishwasher cleaner is incredible.

Used for the first time last night. When I opened the dishwasher this morning it was sparkling! The trays and utensil holder looked brand new. I took one star off because it did leave grease in the grooves where the door attaches and some sediment in the filter.

I’ve only done one treatment and really didn’t see much improvement.

I tried to buy dishwasher tabs but my order didn't go through. I thought that it did however. I did not get an invoice or anything. I left a bad review which prompted them to investigate. Money was not taken and no order even went through ( my bank blocked it) but they were nice enough to take the time to call and double check and send and email verification to me that no order went through. I appreciate the customer service.

I thought I was buying Fuugy tablets on sale for $17.95 on Facebook instead of the regular price of $59.95. But no, I'd paid $59.95. (I stupidly thought they would subtract the difference during checkout.) Within one minute I tried to cancel the order by calling the company's number, but was told the cancellation would take 24 hours and that I would receive an email about it. I did receive an email, but it was to inform me that the tablets were on the way. I was so infuriated that I started the return process as soon as I received them, but learned I would have to pay for return shipping. Amazingly, even though the tablets were sent to me from a state in the US, I will have to return them to Lithuania!!! I went to the post office just now and learned that the return shipment will cost $26.95. Because I don't trust this company, I suspect they will say the tablets got damaged after the journey to Lithuania! I am not willing to risk more of my money by paying for the return shipment to a distant country. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I haven't even included other details like the tone of the people's voices and their offers of a measly discount. Update: The same day my review was published, I was contacted by the head of Fuugy's customer support. She asked me questions and then verified my email and calls to the company. She then offered me a full refund of what I paid, $59.95, and I answered that I'd be happy paying what I thought I'd paid: $17.95. She agreed and the very next morning PayPal notified me that a $36 credit was on the way (she had included the standard postage). Anyway, I'm satisfied with the result and look forward to trying the Fuugy tablets, which have received good reviews.
